9. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services.
10. You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, then this would make you ineligible for a refund.
11. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
12. These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
13. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in JAIPUR, Rajasthan

Witness Manera has partnered with several delivery partners across the country, once you place an order a delivery partner is assigned for your package based on the location of shipping. You can also track your delivery using tracking identity number of the delivery partner. Expected delivery time varies from partner to partner, however you can expect delivery anywhere from 4 to 10 business days.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 Days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / Post Office norms.

WITNESS MANERA PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / Postal Authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 Days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Since our entire sales is based on the online purchase where most of our customers prefer paying safely online, there is no Cash on Delivery facility in Witness Manera. This is also in accordance with safety measures taken during COVID19 so that all transactions happen in a no physical contact manner.

You can always replace an incorrect size order within 15 days of date of shipment of the order. In case of unfit costume please keep tags and labels of the order intact and repack it on the same packing. Our delivery partner will collect your pervious order in replacement of the new within few days of the replacement initiated.

In most of the cases your failed transaction gets auto credited on your bank account within 4-6 business days. In case you failed a transaction you can retry payment so that transaction gets successful using the same or other payment method, any extra money debited will get auto credited in your bank account. In case your money does not get credited within 6 days, please consult your bank regarding the same.
